This single story residence renovation and addition was completed in 2015.  We worked with our clients over a 6 month design process exploring ideas for a second story design.  We landed on a single story expansion of 550 square feet adding to their already existing 1,750 square foot home and it met all of their needs.

We completely renovated the existing floor plan while maintaining the integrity of their existing home.  The kitchen was enlarged and opened up to the dining room with a strong visual connection to the living room.  The master suite was completely redesigned, and a fourth bedroom was added to the home.  We enhanced the already existing ranch style home which complimented their traditional neighborhood in Campbell, California.
